Final Results
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Zak Butt led SIUE with a top-15 finish at the Missouri Tiger Invitational.
The Cougars shot a final-round 304 to finish 11th at the tournament, completed Tuesday at the Club at Old Hawthorne.
Missouri took home the team title with an 839. The Tigers were followed by Kansas State (846) in second and Illinois State (859) in third place.
Missouri's Ross Steelman (-16) led wire to wire to claim Individual Medalist honors.
Zak Butt finished in a tie for 14th at one-under par (215). After shooting one-over in the first round, he finished with back-to-back rounds of 71.
TJ Baker tied for 44th at 224. Brooks Jungbluth finished at 227 to tie for 53rd. Anthony Ruthey and Parker McEachern were among a group tied for 55th with a 228. Presley Mackelburg, who played as SIUE's individual, tied for 66th.
The Cougars conclude the regular season at Omaha's Stampede at the Creek April 12-13.
