2020-21: Earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference All-Newcomer team in his only year with the Cougars after transferring from Winthrop...Led SIUE in scoring average at 73.59, which ranked among the Top 20 in the OVC...Won two Individual Medalist honors, including at Missouri State's Twin Oaks Intercollegiate, where bested a field of 107 other golfers..Shot a 207 (72-68-67) at Missouri State, which is tied for the 10th lowest 54-hole total in school history...Fired a career-low 67 in the final round at Missouri State, which is tied for the 17th lowest single round in SIUE history...Finished third at the OVC Championship, with a 209, both the finish and the total score are the best for an SIUE golfer at the event.. Prior to SIUE: In four seasons at Winthrop, Butt appeared in 28 tournaments, covering 84 rounds...Served as the Eagles' team captain in 2019-2020 and appeared in six tournaments covering 18 rounds...Second on the team with a 73.4 scoring average, shaving nearly two strokes off his scoring average from the previous season...Matched his 54-hole tournament low of 211 at the Old Dominion Intercollegiate (73-68-70)...Best finish of the year came at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate where he finished 11^th of 90 golfers...Led Winthrop in par-five scoring with a season average of 4.7...
