Mammoser Ties Pole Vault Record

          BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Eric Mammoser tied the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville indoor pole vault record Friday at the Hoosier Hills Invitational.
          Mammoser leaped 16 feet, 0.75 inches, tying the mark set by former SIUE All-American Anthony Weber during the 2006 season. Mammoser was one of three vaulters to clear the winning height, but he was declared the winner after making the fewest misses among the top three.
          SIUE also picked up a strong finish from Chris Littleton, who ran the 200-meter dash in 21.82. He was edged out by Eastern Kentucky's Shannon Davi, who won the event in 21.65.
