SIUE

Lindsay Miles joined SIUE as a Graduate Assistant Mental Performance Coach in August of 2023.

Miles graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from SIUE in the Spring of 2023. As an undergrad, she served as a research assistant in two labs, a teaching assistant, and worked as a psychology tutor in the Tutoring Resource Center at SIUE.

In the Spring of 2023, her research was accepted to be presented at the Midwestern Psychological Association in Chicago. She also received a psychology department award for “Outstanding Undergraduate Research Assistant”. She is excited to bring her research background into this role as a mental performance graduate assistant.

Miles will be working with coaches and athletes to help improve their mental performance while pursuing a master’s degree in exercise and sport psychology.
